Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions!
Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
We try to get orders out or ready for pickup within a few days of receiving your order. If you chose to pick up your order, you will get an email with directions of how and when. If your order is shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information and delivery details.
My order is a gift, can I include a note?
YES! Feel free to include your message in the notes section of your order, or you can email it to us. If you'd like your message in a card, just let us know which of the cards in your order you'd like us to write in, otherwise it will just be written on the back of one of our "thank you for your order" flat cards.
Wedding Invitations
How can I make an appointment to discuss wedding invitations?
Please fill out the form on our Invitation Inquiry page, and we will be in touch within a few days with a sample proposal and details about how to set up a 45 minute call. Once we discuss details, we will update your proposal with the specifics for your Save the Dates, Invitations, and/or Day-Of Items. All of our proposals, proofing and invoicing are handled through our super simple online portal.
How much do your wedding invitations cost?
Due to the wide range of options and add-ons, our invitations generally cost between $2000 and $9000, depending on quantity and printing method. Our proposals are line priced so you can choose which options best fit your style and budget.
When should I sign up to meet about our invitations?
We recommend anywhere between 9 months and a year before your event, but can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. We take a limited number of weddings per year, so the sooner we can meet the better!
Custom Orders
How do I place a custom order?
Please go to our Custom Order page to see the stock options available for customization. If there's something you're dreaming of but don't see, please feel free to reach out with questions!
How does the custom order work?
After receiving your inquiry, we'll reply to your email with a request for photo reference (if it's for a home or a pet). Once we confirm your size and reference, we'll do a pencil sketch proof for you to approve. After your proof is approved we send the invoice and move to inking.
How long does a custom order take?
Depending on the time of year, we like a minimum of a month to six weeks to work on your customers illustration. We normally close holiday orders in November, so the earlier you can contact us about that the better!
